Sending a gift?

All jewellery is beautifully wrapped in tissue, with no prices or invoices included – perfect for sending straight to someone special.

Delivery

  • FREE DELIVERY on orders £25 or over

  • Orders under £25 have a £2.95 delivery charge

  • I pack and post orders as quickly as possible and aim to post them within 3 working days of your order.

  • Orders are posted via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery. At Christmas & New Year this can take longer so please allow extra time!

  • If you need something quicker, you can upgrade to 24-hour Tracked Delivery at the checkout.

Orders are not posted on weekends. I’m normally at events or markets during the weekend so if you’d like to come and see me in person checkout the events page!

Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your jewellery, but here's what to do if something’s not quite right:

  • You can return non-personalised jewellery, necklaces & bracelets within 28 days for a refund (or an exchange)
  • Since personalised jewellery is made to order, and earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, I sadly can’t offer refunds on those.
  • All my jewellery is sterling silver, which is less likely to cause allergic reactions or skin irritation for most people. However, if you do get a reaction from wearing any of my jewellery I offer full refunds on return of the items.
