Deliveries

I offer free 1st class delivery on all orders that are £20 or over.

I aim to process all orders promptly, with items shipped within 1-2 working days from the time you place your order.

All orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Typically, this service ensures your items arrive within just a day or two after dispatch.

I don't offer next day delivery service but if you need something quickly please email me at info@lucyandjane.co.uk and I will ensure the order gets processed asap.

Returns

You are welcome to return orders within 28 days. However, please note that personalised cannot be refunded and earrings also can't be returned - due to hygiene reasons.

If you would like to return an item please contact info@lucyandjane.co.uk with the details and I will let you know the returns address.
