The wrap ring is slightly adjustable but I’d recommend choosing this size that’s the best fit for you as the rings are quite firm and too much adjustment may risk distorting the shape.
The wrap ring also looks great as a thumb ring. Once it's in place you can squeeze gently to help hold it in place (I find this useful as my knuckles are quite large).
